Vision & Concept
From Idea to Viable Prototype

A good analysis reveals opportunities — but only a sound concept makes them tangible. In the "Vision & Concept" phase, we transform insights into concrete structures, workflows, and interactions. We develop prototypes that are not only visionary but also account for technical feasibility and AI potential from the very beginning to minimize risks in later development.

Without a Technical Foundation, Ideas Remain Abstract

The Challenge

Concepts often fail when faced with the reality of implementation. Features are thought of in isolation from the system architecture, AI is treated as an afterthought, and data models are defined too late. The risk: the design promises more than the technology can performantly deliver, or development costs skyrocket due to subsequent adjustments. Without validation, a shared, realistic target vision is missing.

Interdisciplinary Design for Real Solutions

Our Approach

We actively interlock design, research, and engineering in our projects. From research results, we develop structured, compatible concepts, a clear information architecture, and data models that hold up technically. Using wireframes and interactive prototypes, we make your solutions experienceable early on while simultaneously testing technological feasibility and the meaningful use of AI components. UX Writing is a decisive, integrated component here to keep language and interaction logic consistent.

We validate not only user needs (Desirability) but also technical feasibility (Feasibility). Our interdisciplinary team of designers, researchers, developers, and your stakeholders thus develops a shared target vision that creates real value for both users and your company.

Validated digital concepts through the close integration of research, UX, and engineering—user-centered, technically feasible, and strategically sound.

A Validated Blueprint for Development

The Result

At the end of this phase, you have a validated, user-centered concept that inspires users and convinces developers. The prototype has been tested in a user context, technical feasibility is clarified, and the information architecture, including data models, is clearly defined. Language, interactions, and visual structures are integrated. The result is a resilient, sound foundation for visual design, roadmapping, and development — no "castles in the air," but a feasible plan that protects your budget and timeline.
