Flexible Work

Mobile & Home Office

Different work requires different environments: at home, mobile or on-site. In addition to an average of 20% of your working time in one of our offices, you can decide the rest of your working time in coordination with your teammates where you work from.

Workation

School holidays too long? Family living in another country? Or simply wanderlust? You can work from a different location within the EU and Switzerland for up to four weeks per year.

Working Hours

You can plan your day flexibly in consultation with your teammates. If your circumstances change over a longer period of time, the number of hours per week or day can be adjusted accordingly.

Overtime

Overtime is not the norm for us. However, if it does occur, it can be balanced on a 1:1 basis in agreement with your team. We provide you with the opportunity to take up to five consecutive days off.
